Maybe two. But they are miles apart.
The allure is easy subway access.
About half an hour from Manhattan.
And some pretty good spaces, in old workshop
buildings.
Rent is decent
But it is a rough and terribly ugly hood.
Well, if you want to live in new york,
can't afford SoHo, East Village or Williamsburg.
