At first, it's tempting to be cynical.

Someone's offering neighbors and
by-passers something to smile about.
Rather generous.
Imaging the electricity bill.
If everyone took Christmas lights this seriously
the power grid would huff and puff and
explode into a display of fireworks worthy of a decade of
New York New Year's celebrations.
And this is New Jersey.
