big city or really just an old village

Just around the corner from the office in Manhattan.
One of many old buildings that look more like some shed in
a small village in the countryside
than part of a hustling and bustling world city.

Despite falling property prices it'd probably still be
going for a million dollars or more if
it was up for sale.

Or if it was located in North Dakota $50,000.
At most. With a few hectares of land thrown in.
A couple of lakes, forests, mountains and elk.

With fewer and fewer jobs in New York City nowadays
it may be a good move.
