The New York rags ran headlines
such as "Terrorists Take That" demonstrating
the resiliency of the New Yorkers.
Proof was that we haven't yet escaped Times Square.
Hey, many of us, (not me though),
work around there,
so where else would we go?
I reckon it's not only the city people braving bomb scares and such.
The out-of-towners seem to care even less.
They don't just walk past the area, scuttling
into their office buildings or safe hotel rooms.
They spend their entire vacations around Times Square.
