$1

Since the recession hit
New York has seen the rise of
very cheap food places.
Pizza slices for $1.
2 slices and a soda for $2.75.
Hot dogs $0.50.
Coffee $0.25.
Etc.
Is it any good?
Aside from the price.
No.
2 Bros pizzas may have
real flour in their dough,
the red sauce may have tomatoes in it,
the cheese may be made of milk.
To be fair and upfront about it:
I don't know, I haven't checked.
But the one and only time I tried
the slice was tasteless and chewy.
Which doesn't hinder the lines from growing long
with tourists and New Yorkers alike.
